Below is an outline of the activities that go on at a Rally each day. As you will note there is a lot happening, most of which is free with your registration which is under $35/person plus Regional park site fees.
Wednesday
Gates open for parking, Rally Registration, Information Table, 50/50 Ticket Sales, Good Sam Stores, -Sign up for games, craft and Vendor tables, Jam session, Golf, Rally choir and Tours-, VIP Banquet Table Ticket Sales, Hospitality Coffee Break, Tour and Seminar Signup only, Flag Assembly and Opening Ceremonies, Opening Ceremonies and Memorial Service, Ice Cream Social
Thursday
Gates open for parking, Tour and Seminar Sign-up, Signup for craft and vendor sales, Wagon Masters meeting, Rally Registration, Good Sam Stores, 50/50 Ticket Sales, Information Table, Samgo (Bingo), Raffle, Hospitality Coffee Break, 1st Timers meeting, VIP Banquet Table Ticket Sales, Bean Bag Toss, Seminar, Hospitality Coffee Break, Jam Session, Chapter Presidents and Directors Meeting
Friday
Golf, Good Sam Stores, Craft and Vendor Table Sales, 50/50 Ticket Sales, Tours, Raffle, Next Years Rally Registration, Hospitality Coffee Break, Cribbage, Seminar, Tour, Mixed Social, VIP Banquet Ticket Sales, Rally Happy Hour, Supper (minimal cost), Entertainment

Pancake Breakfast, 50/50 Ticket Sales, Next Years Rally Registration, Raffle, Pet Parade, Arena closed for Banquet preparation, Reception (Cash Bar), Banquet, Break for Chapter Pictures, Entertainment
Sunday
Hospitality Coffee Break, Interfaith Service and Closing Ceremonies
