Below is an outline of the activities that go on at a Rally each day and on other tabs is the Program and Chapter duties Lists.  As you will note there is a lot happening, most of which is free with your registration which is $50/person. 

 Attached is information you have been looking for about the upcoming Rally in St Walburg.  

Please note that changes may still need to occur and we will keep the website updated.

The program is looking different than in past years so please have a good look at it.  Instead of regular Samgo this year we are doing card bingo - you need to bring quarters and loonies for it - and we are doing it Thurs evening.  The Presidents meeting will be on Sat morning.  The first timers meeting will be held after the Ice Cream Social on Wed evening. We are only having the stores open once on the Thurs.  

There will be a Social following the banquet on Saturday night so chapters are encouraged to bring any board games etc. for that evening.

Ladies - bring your hats for the ladies social.  I guess the men can bring their ball caps too if they want!

There will be a Farmers Market/Craft sale Saturday morning with some community tables being set up.  Elaine has advised the Tupperware lady will be there and will honor warranty claims as she is able. Any Chapter members that wish to have a table are welcome.  There is no charge for the tables but we have asked for a small door prize that we can use for the Saturday evening draws made at the banquet.

Chapters can start coming onto the grounds at 10 am on June 10.  There will be a staging area so watch for signs.  There is opportunity to fill with water at the campground and on site at the arena there is a fill between the outdoor washrooms.  The sewer dump is in the campground.

At present there are 55 rigs registered.
